Apartment in Florence, on south side of Arno. Near old city walls. 10 min walk to Piazzale Michelangelo. Views over San Miniato al Monte from kitchen window. Close to restaurants and gelato shops, like Principe del Mare and next door gelateria. Easy check-in, communication smooth. Spacious rooms, modern staircase for luggage. Quiet neighborhood, chickens in morning heard outside windows. Small kitchen but functional with marble counters and breakfast nook. Bathroom full size tub, cute design. No laundry used but machine available in half-bath above living room.
