We found the location and spa to be excellent, though there were a few minor maintenance issues. Being very close to Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station, with easy access to several bus and tram stops, made the hotel ideal for using public transport, while the rooms were clean and the spa facilities were well maintained and relaxing.
