Modern hotel, good air conditioning. Room had a kettle and plenty of storage. Close to train station for travel around Italy. Laundry and ironing available. Big, clean rooms with nice bathrooms. Free cold water fountain outside lobby. Parking on site. Front desk staff helpful, friendly. Location outside ZTL zone easy to access city center on foot or by transport. Overall simple, functional stay with everything needed nearby
