Mariangela and Francesca were really kind and helpful. On a hot day, they even brought a bag of ice. Met us at check-in and gave great tips. Location is great, close to SVM, Duomo, and lots of good restaurants. Place was spotless and new, had a washer/dryer, nicely decorated, and AC worked well. Very flexible with all our requests. Rooms were beautiful.
